Free To Dance

YDance wants to help teenage girls get fit and feel good about themselves through dance. Starting next month we'll be running Free To Dance programmes in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Orkney. If you're aged between 11 and 19 and want to get moving then sign up to our e-newsletter and we'll keep you posted on class times and dates.
