YDance began in 1988 as an annual Summer School for teenagers and has since grown into a year-round operation, employing 20 full-time members of staff with ongoing projects in local authorities across Scotland and beyond.
The company delivers dance projects and workshops, in-service training for teachers and has also produced the first interactive dance CD-ROMs - a resource for teachers and youth leaders who are interested in working with dance.
